What he does

Three things, described the way his own customers describe them in their reviews.

Full re-roofs

“From the initial inspection and quote all the way through to installing the final shingle.” One customer’s house took three days start to finish.

Tear-offs

Stripping the old roof is the part that goes wrong. A reviewer watched the crew work through a day of high winds and still called it careful.

Repairs

The smaller job that keeps the bigger one away. His most recent review is a repair, and it is the same five stars as the re-roofs.

What his customers wrote

Five stars from ten reviews on Google. These four are quoted as written, with the reviewer’s own name.

Starting with the initial inspection and quote all the way through to installing the final shingle… this entire process was exceptional. The cost was very reasonable especially considering the quality of the work. The tear off crew worked efficiently and carefully despite having high winds that day. Paul was professional, thoughtful about special requests we had, and responsive with informative answers to any and all questions.

I was at a buddy’s house and Paul’s crew was doing the neighbors house. I watched them over the course of three days… Another friend across the street had them do his house a few months later and they were still on time, clean and courteous. When it came time to do my house, who do you think I called? Cannot thank Paul enough for a job well done.

I couldn’t be happier with the roofing repair. Professional team, excellent workmanship, and attention to detail. Truly satisfied.

The record carries no suspensions, no bond cancellation and no judgments.

Why this page exists

Paul, you don’t know me. I’m Matthew, and I build websites for contractors on the Central Coast. I built this one before asking, because it is easier to look at a real page than to listen to a pitch.

Here is what I noticed, and it is the whole reason I picked you. You have no website. Your Google listing is the only thing standing in for one, and it still says “Add website” where the link should be.

The part I’d actually want to be told is the next bit. That listing isn’t claimed. Google offers anyone who looks at it the “Claim this business” button, and underneath it says the hours were updated by others about ten weeks ago. Right now it tells people you are open from 7 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week. I don’t know whether that is true, but I doubt you typed it.

So the only thing on the internet with your name on it is being edited by strangers, and it is the first thing a homeowner finds. Claiming it is free and takes about ten minutes, and you should do that whether or not you ever talk to me.

What I could not do was show your work. There is not a single photograph of a finished roof anywhere on that listing, so this page is built out of your license record and your reviews, because that is all that exists in public. If you have photos of your own jobs, they would change this page more than anything else I could do to it.

Everything here came from public sources: your license record from the state and your reviews quoted with the reviewers’ names. Nothing is stock and nothing is invented. If a detail is wrong, it is wrong because I read it wrong, and I’d want to know.

$950 flat if you want it, live in about a week on your own domain, and you own everything: the domain, the files, all of it. If it is not for you I will take it down, no hard feelings.
